Exchange-Return-Cancellation
EXCHANGE POLICY
Product Accuracy and Quality Checks: We strive to make our product listings as accurate and detailed as possible. All orders undergo multi-layer quality checks before dispatch to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.
Exchange Eligibility:
- Domestic Orders Only: Exchanges are available only for orders within India.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn. They should be returned with all original packaging and tags.
Exchange Process:
1. Request Submission: Any complaint with regards to the damage or stains should be reported to us within 24 to 48 hrs of the receipt of the products. We may ask for a digital picture or clear opening video of the order to review the same. Contact us within 24-48 hours of delivery via email at teamvastrabella@gmail.com or call +91-9558827623.
2. Reverse Pickup & Processing Fee: A processing fee of ₹200 per product will be charged. Please share the payment screenshot via email or text +91-9558827623. The pickup will only be scheduled after payment has been made.
3. Direct Shipping (Optional): If you prefer to send the product yourself, our team will provide you with the shipping address. After dispatch, share the AWB number, courier company name, and POD with us. Please use reputable courier services, as we are not responsible for any loss during transit.
4. Quality Inspection and Dispatch: After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will dispatch the new size within 3-4 working days. Only one exchange per order is allowed. If the requested size is unavailable, a credit note will be issued for the total amount of the item(s), valid for 180 days.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Prepaid and COD Orders: You can cancel orders within 24 hours of placement. For prepaid orders, we can issue a credit note or replace the item with another product of equal value.

Cancellation Charges:
- Cancellations after placing prepaid orders will incur a 4-5% charge (payment gateway & App fees).
Credit Note Validity:
- Credit notes issued for cancellations or exchanges are valid for 180 days.
REFUND POLICY
- No Returns or Refunds: We don't have any refund policy, Customer gets a credit note
- Sale Items: Items marked as ‘Sale’ are non-returnable.
